Resilience Fund
Opens 22 Apr 2026 09:00 (EDT)
Deadline 29 Apr 2026 11:59 (EDT)
Description

The Resilience Fund helps you do a project that supports and helps strengthens your community. It provides learning, funding, and support to turn your ideas into community projects. It’s your chance to lead, share ideas, and take action. With your voice and creativity, you can bring people together and help build a more resilient community for everyone.

You can apply by yourself or with a team of youth (such as friends, classmates, teammates). You must also be:

  • Between the ages of 16 and 30
  • A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee status in Canada

We all come from different backgrounds and have unique experiences. At the Canadian Red Cross, we celebrate your uniqueness, and we are here with tools and resources to support you to succeed.

You do not need a perfect plan or experience. You just need an idea, a big heart, and a desire to help your community!

The Resilience Fund is funded in part by Canada Service Corps, a national movement that empowers youth aged 12–30 to gain experience and build important skills while giving back to their community. Learn more at Canada.ca/CanadaServiceCorps.
